Designed and manufactured in Shenzhen, China, our production runs on end-end quality control. At every stage, inspections are made, and sample testing of batch runs is tested to destruction with an MTS tensile loading machine. We use only qualified suppliers for raw materials and do 100% IQC inspection.
Small Wiregate Carabiner 3kN
These wire lock Carabiners have wider gate openings, which provide a larger gate clearance. Easy to open using just your thumb, and a spring-loaded close action.
Material
Made from high-grade aluminum this gate carabiner and is lighter than steel. It works for medium-duty uses there are fewer forces and operating loads. It is lighter than steel carabiners owing to their material. You, thus, have less weight to carry while adventuring.
Weight
It has a 3kN (468lbs) strength rating. The net weight is just 0.39oz, reducing the carrying load to almost nothing. The vital component is often called the central axis at the middle of the sweeping bend. It is the region that can support most of the weight.
Size and Dimensions
It has 2.73″ of height and 1.31″ of broad dimensions (at the widest point). Although the size and shape of a carabiner determine the gate range, it has a 0.55″ gate opening. The wide smooth opening allows for smoother rope glide.
Design and Shape
Built with a curved spine outline, it moves force to the carabiner’s spine away from the straight gate. Due to which it is the most robust carabiner form. And it is more versatile than a traditional symmetrical oval design. Designed to defend from snagging with a deep spine and wire lock nose guards. The interface has a design that is simple to grip and also pleasant to carry and manage. With the spring-loaded configuration, the gate closes automatically. With all carabiner devices, they are prone to wear and tear, so inspect before using them.
Using
It consists of a one-handed push opening. The user can use the index finger to push the gate open. Release the pressure so that the wire spring will shut the gate. The gate carabiner provides a well-rounded surface holding.
